As with all fine chocolates, our chocolates are heat sensitive. Unfortunately, no parcel carrier is able to insure against heat damage. Please review our return and exchange policy for further information.

A: Not exactly. Blooming flowers, especially in Hawai’i, can be wonderfully exotic. In chocolate however, bloom is not quite so lovely. “Bloom” occurs when chocolate has been exposed to heat causing it to turn dull or possibly even a gray or white. The chocolates are perfectly fine to eat; they just aren’t as pretty as when they left the factory. Please review our return and exchange policy for further information.
